Do I need to cancel the trial period?

No, you don't have to. The trial version will automatically end when the specified period expires. There are no obligations or fees involved, so you don't need to do anything.

How long is the contract term?

All of our kameon products can be canceled on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of contract.

Do I need to install Kameon?

No, kameon is completely cloud-based and therefore runs entirely in your browser. All you need to get started with kameon is an internet connection. Its use is also independent of the underlying hardware and the operating system you’re using.

What payment methods are accepted?

All bookings are settled annually. We would be happy to send an invoice to your company.

Is my data safe with Kameon?

The security of your data is our top priority. We strictly adhere to all provisions of the GDPR, maintain the highest security standards, and continuously review our procedures. In addition, we undergo regular audits by external experts.

Will I receive assistance in creating new content?

Which browser should I use to access Kameon?

You'll get the best performance on Chromium-based browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, Brave, etc.

Will I receive assistance with the implementation of Kameon?

Our Customer Excellence team will help you implement kameon in your organization and customize it for your specific needs. This service is not free of charge, but we will proactively inform you of any applicable costs before we begin our work. Of course, our ongoing email support and online support center are available to you at any time, free of charge.

Does using kameon ensure that I meet all compliance requirements?

We are fully aware of the significant responsibility this entails and strictly adhere to all applicable data protection laws. An external data protection officer further verifies the legal compliance of the cloud services we offer. At the start of our partnership, we enter into a data processing agreement.

How does the trial period work?

Choose a version of kameon and you’ll get your own environment to try out. Only you have access to it, so you can enter your real data, familiarize yourself with the system—and we guarantee that your data is constantly backed up.

Can I access my data from anywhere?

No matter where you are or what device you use to access kameon, users can log in to the system via a secure HTTPS-encrypted connection—the same type commonly used for online banking—and work conveniently on the go.

How reliable is data availability?

With kameon, you can access your data 24/7, 365 days a year. Our data center achieves a high availability rate of 99.8%. Maintenance work is always scheduled so as not to disrupt your business operations.

What happens to my data after the trial period ends?

If we’ve convinced you to use kameon, your data will be transferred to your system after the trial period. Of course, you are also free to go live with an empty version of kameon. If you have not decided to use kameon by the end of the trial period, the data will be automatically and permanently deleted upon its expiration. In this case, however, we will not be able to restore your data should you change your mind later.

How much do the mobile apps available in the respective app stores cost me?

Nothing! The cost of the apps is already included in the license prices quoted.

Can I try kameon for free?

Of course! All modules include so-called “freemium” plans. These allow you to thoroughly test the module and familiarize yourself with its features. You can test your kameon solution completely free of charge for 30 days. No payment information is required. Just get in touch with us.

Are there any setup fees or other hidden costs I should expect?

No, we are transparent and want to build a long-term, trusting relationship with you. If any costs arise, we will let you know in advance so you can decide how you want to handle them.
