We designed kameon GRC to be tailored to your company’s operational needs and are continuously developing it further. Our solution offers features that allow you to provide verifiable training to your employees on data protection and IT security—whenever they want, via mobile apps or directly on their desktop. You can generate audit reports, forward notifications to your data protection officer, monitor planned and implemented measures, track certificates and policies, and much more.

Can I try kameon GRC for free?
Of course! All modules include so-called “freemium” quotas. These allow you to thoroughly test the module and familiarize yourself with its features.
What if I'm not satisfied with kameon?
If you are not satisfied with a kameon Cloud product or service, we offer a refund: for monthly subscriptions, within the first paid month following the trial period; and for annual subscriptions, within 30 days of payment.
Will I receive assistance in creating new content?
Of course! If you need help creating a new contract template or a personalized video for your next training session, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out to us!
What payment methods are accepted?
All bookings are settled annually. We would be happy to send an invoice to your company.
What types of licenses are available with kameon GRC?
Within kameon GRC, we generally distinguish between two types of licenses that can be tailored specifically to your needs:
Subscription
The subscription covers the ongoing operation of your individual kameon GRC system, including deployment, maintenance, and operation.
This license is charged per module and is based on the number of organizations you have stored in the system. We offer a discount per organization. The subscription is billed annually in advance. You can find more information about the subscription here.
Usage Quota
The usage quota is based on your actual usage within the modules in kameon GRC across all stored organizations. A transaction fee is charged for each use within a module, which you can purchase in packages. There is no time limit on the purchase. This means you can tailor your future needs to your personal preferences.
Here’s an example to illustrate: In the Academy module, you plan to offer your employees various training courses. You employ a total of 200 people across your organizations—and for the coming one-year period, you plan to conduct two training sessions per employee. Therefore, the 500-user package is the most suitable option for you. One more thing: Usage quotas are not tied to specific content or a specific time frame, which means that regardless of what content you want to publish within the respective module, the usage quota remains the same. Additionally, you do not have to use them within a year. You can find more information about the packages and usage quota tiers here.
Content License
You can purchase pre-made content within kameon GRC, such as contract templates or training videos. For this produced content, we charge a one-time license fee that allows you to use this content within kameon GRC. As previously described, the content license is a one-time fee and is not time-bound. Of course, there are no fees for content you create yourself.
Which browser should I use to access kameon GRC?
You'll get the best performance on Chromium-based browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, Brave, etc.
